By centrally managing multiple plans for renewable energy and pumped-storage power plants, the impact to the power grid can be leveled and the profitability of the power generation business can be improved. Multiple power plant operations and maintenance plans are automatically developed and managed simultaneously taking into account external factors (e.g., environmental conditions that affect renewable energy, increase/decrease in electricity demand), internal factors (e.g., state of facilities and equipment of the power plant), and the cost of generation.
The system automatically accumulates actual data about troubles and failures to develop training plans and contents at an individual's own level. Since solutions are recorded paired with the relevant troubles and problems, knowledge can be automatically put down into manuals. A combination of three learning methods based on actual case studies: classroom lecture including e-learning; training using a simulator; and OJT for actual work experience allows individual trainees to have a real experience at individual's own working and operating level.
By sending afar information needed not only for remote monitoring but also for maintenance, it becomes possible to conduct remote monitoring and maintenance. Information needed for maintenance is provided as much as possible without accessing the power plant.
